- Arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of the shift.
- Leaving more than 10 minutes before the closing of the shift.
- Failure to Clock In or Clock Out. (10 Minute Grace Period)
- If you don’t hit 1 of 3 Work Metrics in a day
2 Points
- Call out (Less than one weeks notice)
5 Points - AUTOMATIC FINAL WARNING
- No Call No Show
SCHEDULE

NOTES:
- Communication to Manager must happen prior to your shift if you are not going to

TIME OFF:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Credit Repair Client Success Manager to join our team. Our headquarters is located in Salt Lake City, Utah in the USA. Our Credit Repair Customer Service Specialist our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm mountain standard time closed weekends and USA holidays.
The ideal candidate will have experience in credit repair customer service, fulfillment, billing and understanding customer needs. You will be assigned 100-200 clients to start. Your role will involve engaging with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls, replying to text messages, emails, app or portal messages to provide customer service.
You will be identifying negative items in disputefox, then preparing & filing dispute fulfillment letters with the 3 major credit bureaus and completing an opt out request online with lexisnexis for round 1 first work disputes. You will be calling failed payments and failed credit monitorings. Refreshing and importing credit reports from credit monitoring software into disputefox and filing additional rounds of disputes.
You will provide some assistance to the office manager as needed. Past experience in credit repair customer service, disputing, google sheets, google docs and DisputeFox are essential.
